Compared to conventional vacuum or air knife type cleaners, the Ultra Cleaning System utilizes a
dual ultrasonic nozzle to break up the boundary layer and “shake” loose super fine particles trapped on the surface.
Mounting the cleaning head on a back up roll maintains consistent substrate gap and insures
repeatable cleaning results. The system does not induce any web flutter and hence possibilities of substrate damage.
