IONSTORM 300 Mounting

The ION STORM 300 is easily integrated into any type of folder. The emitter bars must be installed between the guide rolls after the sandwich rolls. The gap between emitter pins Bar1 and emitter pins Bar2 must be 1.5 inches (30mm) with the ribbon / web centered. See Fig.1

The mounting brackets are attached to the folder frame on each side. Insure that the bar length “TL” is specified correctly.
