IONSTORM 10 Mounting

The ION STORM 10 is easily integrated into any process. When measuring for specifications please note that the emitter must be mounted with a 0.5-1.0 inch (12-25mm) gap above the area that needs to be charged. See Fig.1

Mounting Example: Edge Tacking of Extruded Film

The mounting brackets are attached to the frame of the machine above the roll. The emitters are placed at the edges where the film needs to be tacked. See Fig.2
