IONSTORM 10 Mounting

The ION STORM 20 is easily integrated into any stack transportation process. The system consists of three charging bars and two generators. The bars are configured to charge the sides and top of the stack. Each bar is mounted as close as possible without touching the substrate. See Fig.1

The Plexiglas hood contains infrared sensors to detect the stack when entering and leaving the charging tunnel. Lifting the Plexiglas hood activates a safety interlock that prevents the generator from switching ON. See Fig.2
