ESAPRINT 21

The ESAPRINT 21 Electrostatic Assist System is a sophisticated process for providing the optimal ink transfer from the print cylinder to the substrate surface to enhance the quality of Gravure printing. The system applies a charge to the area of the impression zone via the surface of the semi conductive impression roller. When charged, the ink near the edge of each cell is evenly pulled out as it is attracted to the impression roller.
