This AVALANCHE 20 ionizing nozzle operates on compressed air and is capable of producing a high velocity stream of ions for cleaning and neutralization. It is designed for industrial use where highly efficient, low cost ionization is needed.

The steel pin emitters produce both positive and negative ions to discharge the substrate surface regardless of its charge polarity.

The nozzles can be mounted individually or in series on a rail. The location of the ionizing nozzle on the rail is flexible, min distance nozzle to nozzle is 1.5” (37.5mm).
