Location and Mounting:

The best location for an anti static bar is usually just after the area where the static charge is being generated or just before where the problem is located. Our electrostatic Fieldmeter provides an easy way to identify the static build up causing your specific problem.

The AVALANCHE 100 web/sheet ionizing system is easily mounted into any machine type.  Make sure to mount the ionizer bar with a 0.5 – 1.5 in (12-30mm) gap above the substrate surface that needs to be discharged. See Fig.1

The mounting brackets are attached to the frame of the machine above the web. The ionizer bar is placed above the area that is chosen. Rail configurations are custom made, please check specifications for size “L”. See Fig.2
